Calicut Heroes, a volleyball team from Kozhikode, Kerala, has proven to be the most consistent team in the Prime Volleyball League (PVL). Owned by Beacon Sports and captained by Vinit Jerome, the team has showcased remarkable performance in the last two PVL seasons by reaching the playoffs and finishing as semi-finalists.
Calicut Heroes has maintained a strong presence on the court under the guidance of Head Coach Kishore Kumar and Assistant Coach Lakshmi Narayanan.
Two foreign players, Blocker Daniel Moatazedi from Iran and Attacker Luiz Felipe Perotto from Brazil, add to the team’s international strength. With a combination of domestic and international players, Calicut Heroes remains a formidable contender in the PVL.
