The injury to Sundar is a big blow to SRH, who heavily relied on his all-around abilities. The 23-year-old had been in good form with both bat and ball in the tournament, having played seven games for the franchise. He scored 60 runs with the highest score of 24 and an average of 15 runs while also picking up 3 wickets and conceding 146 runs at an economy of 8.26. In the previous game against Delhi Capitals, he finished with impressive figures of 3-28 and chipped in with 24 runs.
