The Indian hockey team has revealed a strong 39-member squad for the upcoming Asian Games. This team of talented athletes’ coaching camp will start on Monday in Bengaluru. From August 21 to September 18, the training camp will take place at the Sports Authority of India (SAI) Center. This meticulous preparation is in anticipation of the Asian Games held in China from September 23 to October 8.
Following their stunning victory at the Asian Champions Trophy in Chennai last week, the Indian men’s hockey team hopes to write their name into the history record books once more. On September 24, India will play Uzbekistan in the opening match of its Asian Games campaign. India is in Pool A of the Asian Games draw, competing against strong rivals, including Pakistan, Japan, Bangladesh, Singapore, and Uzbekistan.
