In Australia’s first innings, we witnessed a stunning catch by KL Rahul in Jadeja’s 46th over. Usman Khawaja was batting well for Australia and tried a reverse sweep shot on the 5th ball of the 46th over. But Rahul turned Usman’s reverse shot into a spectacular catch by diving.

Usman Khawaja was dismissed after scoring 81 runs on 125 balls, including 12 fours and one six. Ravindra Jadeja reached the milestone of 250 Test wickets with the wicket of Khawaja.

Australia is 199/6 when play is paused for the tea break. At the crease are Peter Handscomb, who scored 36* runs off 75 balls, and Pat Cummins, who scored 23* runs off 31 balls. For India, Ravichandran Ashwin took three wickets, Mohammed Shami two, and Ravindra Jadeja one.
